  My company catered their lunch set for a few days this week. Food looks presentable but terribly bland. No flavour. Ingredients don't taste fresh.

Chicken thighs are consistently over-cooked, rubbery and tough. Not sure why they have so much trouble cooking chicken thigh when almost all other caterers have no problem. Chicken is also bland, no salt. Sauce for chicken also supremely bland.

Thought it was only my taste buds with issue, but after asking my colleagues, same experience. Needless to say, we're not buying any more from them.

Strangely, the dory fish tasted like it was soaked in the sea for days  aka too salty. Salty fish, but bland everything else. Strange experience and would not recommend. Stay away. If you're hungry, Maggie/Nissin would do you better

  Our family and friends were impressed with our Chinese New Year 2021 food package from Royal Catering! The salmon for the yu sheng was fresh and the fish maw soup was really tasty.
