DELIVERY CHARGES:

OPTIONAL CHARGES:
- Upgrade to porcelain-ware at additional $8+ ($8.72 Incl. GST) per pax.
- Service staff in attendance (for 3 hours only) at $120+ ($130.80 Incl. GST) per staff.
- Surcharge for clearing of buffet setup after 10 pm (no later than 11.30 pm) at $100+ ($109 Incl. GST).
- Additional charges of $60+ ($65.40 incl. GST) per level will be incur for setups without lift access / ramp access.

- Complete buffet setup with linen
- Chafing dishes for hot food range
- Full set of biodegradable dining wares

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Advance order of at least 5 working days is recommended.
- Duration of catering is for 3 hours only as per SFA regulations.
- Set-up of buffet is for one location only.
- Menu items are subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice.
- Prevailing GST is applicable on total amount payable
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The spit roast machine requires LPG gas and electric power to operate with at least 3 x 3 meter space to set up our equipment and 13amp power point within a 10 meter radius from our equipment
- Speak to our Sales Consultant on the alternatives should the event venue does not allow open-fire cooking or electricity is not readily available.
